Coordinate Lambert Airport projects, support PM, manage contracts, reports, and meetings

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepares project related reports and analysis. -Assist with document controls in support of the project execution. -Coordinate and assist with organizing program and team meetings. -Work with Project Management to obtain data needed to complete agreements. -Support Project Management with contract administration. -Guide and coordinate staff and assist in project management responsibilities, including oversight of project financial performance, adherence to project management and quality control plans. -Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures. -Focus on helping our projects meet Key Performance Indicators and contribute to the overall success of the Lambert Airport Program. -Assist in the management and coordination of enabling and related program projects.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma -Detail oriented, highly organized, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work with virtual team members in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. -7+ years of project coordination experience within an engineering field -Demonstrated creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgment, and successfully managing multiple projects/assignments. -Experience managing and reviewing project deliverables including planning and design documents, project reports, cost estimates, scopes of work, proposals, etc. -Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
