The Role

Overview

Support North America supply chain with sourcing, RFQs, technical reviews, and coordination.

Tasks

-Support sourcing activities, including RFQ/RFI preparation and analysis. -Schedule technical reviews with suppliers and engineering as needed. -Update internal RFQ tracking systems. -Load supplier pricing into the ERP system. -Gather drawings and technical requirements for RFQs. -Work with other functional departments for cadence reporting. -Submit first article inspection requests through internal applications and follow up until completion. -Follow up with awarded suppliers for timely implementation.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams. -Design and mechanical knowledge. -Experience in supply chain and engineering coordination. -Ability to read engineering drawings and work with drawing databases. -Experience with JDE applications and processes. -Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
