Tasks

-Manage current candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Workday -Partner with HR to assist with internal employee transfer process -Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess talent fit for teams -Deliver offer letters for all positions, and explain important information within the offer (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete clauses) -Make recommendations on hiring decisions -Coordinate appropriate assessments and references -Manage college and university partnership programs -Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy -Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations within your region -Support in conducting relevant pre-employment screenings on prospective employees -Create and develop sourcing strategies as needed -Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of staffing goals -Review and qualify applicant resume in accordance to hiring manager's needs -Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback -Use traditional and non-traditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community networking events, and more to identify and attract quality candidates -Coordinate phone, virtual and in-person interviews between top candidates and hiring teams -Manage full cycle recruiting by partnering with field operations leadership to determine staffing needs within an assigned territory

What You Bring

-Ability to handle heavy telephone call volume -Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with external candidates and internal teams -General knowledge of employment standards, employee relations, benefits, and onboarding -Attention to detail in all areas of work -Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear -Workday Experience preferred -Strong moral and ethical judgement in decision making, along with a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality -Ability to write professional correspondence to employees, management, and vendors via internal and external communications -Valid Driver's License preferred -Work in indoor office environment 75% of the time -Noise level is moderate -Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Highly flexible with the ability to manage relationships at all levels of a diverse organization with a variety of personalities -1-3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, with strong transferable experience across operational industries preferred -Ability to work under limited supervision and with tight deadlines -4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred -Strong time management skills with the ability to manage a load of competing priorities under pressure and within respective deadlines -Frequent travel to branch locations via car and airplane. May result in extensive exposure to motor vehicle traffic and long periods of sitting. -Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds and lift/move up to 20 pounds occasionally -Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills -Strong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook -Able to work effectively as a part of a team as well as independently
