Tasks

-Manage licensing and registration processes for Canadian and U.S. entities -Make travel arrangements for staff when required -May need to schedule and track NDT/CVIP inspections with appropriate suppliers -Maintain and update unit binders and inventory databases for vehicles and equipment -Assist employees with system access and troubleshooting -Manage vehicle licensing and renewals -Order and manage fuel cards, including issue resolution -May assist with ordering parts and supplies for Heavy Duty Technicians -Support Truckers Time Entry system and ensure accurate records -Prepare and submit expense reports -Process purchase orders (Traker) and submit to Accounts Payable -Manage various annual trucking permits -Oversee IFTA tax reporting and license renewals -Track unit numbers, drivers, maintenance work orders, and inspection schedules using Excel -Coordinate Safety Fitness Certificate renewals

What You Bring

-Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions -Demonstrated experience in fleet maintenance and asset management -Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent) -Familiarity with fleet management systems and regulatory compliance -Could require troubleshooting and diagnostics manual lookups -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other relevant software -2 years' experience supporting operational and administrative functions
