-Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man-hours assigned by team leader. -Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks meeting the targeted deadlines. -Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design and construction documents. -Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office -Day to day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design, through technical design development, to the construction documentatio -Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team. -Adhere to project deadlines -Accountable for maintaining the Quality of assigned tasks. -Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development. -Maintain the design quality standards. -Adopt creative design and problem solving approach. -Active participation in internal meetings and workshops. -Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports). -Deliver the project under the guidance of Project Architect (PA), Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM). -Building strong relationships with other team members. -Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to: -Be informed about the applicable codes requirements and building materials/systems. -Maintain the models’ BIM quality level under the guidance of PA/SA/DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager. -Collaborate with SA or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility. -Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks. -Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company’s ethics.
-[0] to [3] years of experience in architectural design. -Strong understanding of architectural design principles. -Previous training or coop experience in architectural design. -Fluency in spoken and written communication -Bachelor’s in architecture with good experience. -Project Model/s and Graphical presentation -Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
