Tasks

-Provide contractors with advice and assistance to construction activities as and when required. -Design engineering of Civil and structural with the help of the Design Engineers -Coordinate with other disciplines to provide input on civil design work and ensure the design is incorporated smoothly -Prepare the schedule and man-hour estimation to meet the project's requirements. -Interact with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to manage project-related issues -Prepare technical specifications for civil design works and Technical Bid Evaluation -The ideal candidate will report to the HOD and oversee the team of Design engineers and drafters to manage their delivery to the end client. -Ensure all civil and structural design works are carried out according to job specifications and the relevant codes. -Design engineering drawings being delivered to the end client and ensure their correctness.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in the design engineering role, with at least the last 10 years as a team leader. -Major experience in civil & structural design engineering of major buildings & silos for cement plant. -Proficient with IS, American, British, and Euro codes -Expert in STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD Software -Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
