What You Bring

-Prior internship and/or related consulting experience Preferred -Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations. -Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field. -Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. -Strong problem solving and analytical skills. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Welding Technology, Materials Joining Engineering, Supplier Quality, Engineering or related field.
