Field Inspector

Overview

Inspect elevators/escalators, produce reports, schedule inspections in assigned region.

Tasks

-Develops and manages weekly schedules based on the needs of clients and consultants who will be requesting the inspections. -Independent inspections of elevators and escalators across designated regions. -Provide pictures and survey notes to the PM to review and develop the final report for the client. -Assist consultants with site inspections for modernization surveys as needed.

What You Bring

-Thorough knowledge of the installation and maintenance of the conveyance equipment and current elevator code. -Strong attention to detail -An ability to work on top of high-rise buildings and elevator shafts -Previous experience in the Elevator industry; QEI/CEI certification is highly preferred. -FSA and HSA -An ability to pay strong attention to thoroughly inspect the equipment -Exceptional company culture -Strong written and verbal communication skills
