As a Service Coordinator, you’ll be the vital link between their technicians, customers, and management. You’ll oversee the daily scheduling, dispatch, and coordination of service calls, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

  • Use Uptick software to manage workflows, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Address any customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and prioritize work orders to meet client needs and technician availability.
  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians for maintenance and repair jobs.
  • Monitor technician performance and assist in ensuring jobs are completed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure they have the tools and information needed for each job.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

Our client is seeking an HVAC Service Coordinator to manage and support a team of skilled technicians in Sydney and Brisbane.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in an HVAC or service coordination role is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Uptick software is a major advantage.
