Tasks

-Enforce safety policies and compliance with environmental permits -Review drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure accuracy -Manage material orders, inspections, and manpower to meet deadlines -Lead crews & subcontractors through planning, coordination, and execution -Monitor work in progress to maintain quality and efficiency -Document project progress, inspections, and compliance reporting -Direct daily field operations on projects starting at $5M -Conduct employee performance reviews and mentor your team -Create and maintain project schedules (including two-week lookaheads)

-We are seeking a skilled Superintendent with expertise in wastewater treatment plants and large concrete water tanks to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are delivered on every project. -4+ years supervising large concrete water tank or wastewater treatment projects -Strong skills in blueprint/spec review & project scheduling -10+ years of concrete construction experience (footings, foundations, slabs, columns)
