Tasks

The SUE Party Chief leads a field crew and is proficient in supervising and performing Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) tasks. This role requires experience with Electromagnetic (EM) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) equipment. The individual in this position is accountable for the safety, training and overall direction of all crew members. The SUE Party Chief demonstrates strong decision-making skills and a deep understanding of sub-surface utilities. This individual will also play a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative working environment among the team. -A communicator who can build trust—with clients, teammates, and stakeholders alike. -Someone who thrives outdoors, whether under the summer sun or in brisk winter weather, with the stamina and grit to see projects through. -A skilled professional with 3–5 years of hands-on SUE experience and at least 1 year leading a crew. -A problem-solver who brings both technical expertise and sound judgment to the field.
