Tasks

Lead quality and compliance across major construction and infrastructure projects with McMahon Services. Collaborate with diverse project teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes and grow your expertise in a dynamic, safety first environment. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards across major projects. Working closely with the Quality Manager and project teams, you’ll ensure compliance with customer requirements and our ISO 9001 accredited Integrated Business Management System (IBMS). This is your opportunity to drive continuous improvement and help strengthen McMahon Services’ reputation for delivering work to the highest standard. -Coordinate and review quality documentation using ProCore, ensuring consistency and compliance. -Support internal and external quality audits, identify non-conformances, and driving corrective actions and opportunities for improvement. -Provide clear, timely communication and reporting to the Quality Manager and key stakeholders. -Implement and monitor McMahon Services’ Quality Management Systems across all project stages. -Promote quality awareness, process improvements, and HSEQ best practices across project teams. -Review and prepare Manufacturers’ Data Records (MDRs) and maintain up to date quality registers. -Conduct inspections and surveillance of on-site and off-site works to verify compliance to project specifications and quality standards.

What You Bring

-Innovative mindset and proactive approach to resolving quality issues. -Familiarity with DIT Technical Specifications and Australian Standards (AS). -Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. -White Card, valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites. -Proficiency with information management tools (ProCore experience highly regarded). -Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in civil engineering. -Flexibility and resilience in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and and time management skills. -Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements. -A strong safety focus and attention to detail. -Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 principles. -Experience in document control, procurement, or contract administration.
