Equipment Maintenance Manager - Offshore Services

Tasks

-Build a global support network within Mammoet, and with external suppliers, ensuring that any maintenance, repair or breakdowns can be responded to quickly and efficiently regardless of project location. -Work closely with the Operations team, including co-ordination with our Supervisors and Technicians deployed globally to proactively manage any equipment issues. -Manage maintenance and repair related suppliers and subcontractors. -Drive quality and efficiency within the EMD department, working closely with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Offshore Services equipment and our technical managers. -Develop and mentor the EMD team and perform appraisals. -Work with HR on recruitment of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical technicians as needed. -Ensure maintenance and repair activities are planned and executed efficiently, working with the EMD Planner and utilising SAP Digital Work Orders (DWO) and Plan Board. -Control spending within the annual maintenance budget and equipment related CAPEX budget(s). -Manage workshop operations within the Teesside base, working with the EMD Planner and Workshop Foreman. -Manage Offshore Services fleet of equipment for all aspects related to maintenance, repair, condition monitoring and breakdown.

What You Bring

-Previous experience of managing a mixed team of office and site based staff. -Knowledge of hydraulic equipment operation, maintenance and repair, -Excellent level of English both verbal and written. -Previous experience working within a lifting or marine service provider. -Valid UK driving licence. -Full eligibility to work in the UK. -Previous international business experience. -10 years of experience within plant or equipment maintenance activities. -Based at Mammoet Offshore Services HQ in Thornaby, Teesside
