As our Resident Services Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, keeping operations running smoothly and creating memorable everyday moments. -Exceptional communication and organisational skills -Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems -1-2 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, accommodation, or real estate -Current driver's license and ability to complete police and Working With Children checks -Comfortable with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practices. -Experience in customer facing roles such as hospitality, real estate or similar -Must have Australian work rights
