Overview

Manage project accounting, billing, and revenue recognition for regional projects

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Prepare invoices and complete monthly billing -Work with Project Managers in a variety of disciplines -Coordinate and pursue receivables -Monthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognition -Meeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basis -Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS system

What You Bring

-3+ years of accounting experience -Experience using computerized accounting systems -High degree of professionalism and strong people skills -Strong knowledge of Excel and Word required -Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals -Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
