Tasks
-Supervise and lead a crew of 5–10 plant operators and labourers, fostering a productive and respectful work environment. -Uphold and enforce high safety standards, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols. -Plan and organise daily work schedules, delegating tasks effectively -Operate machinery when required -Maintain clear and consistent communication between supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring
-Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and police check -Construction white card -Experience working on haul roads and access tracks, particularly on similar projects - FIFO/Renewable energy/large Infrastructure -Full C class driver’s license at minimum and own vehicle -Minimum 8 years' experience as a plant operator -Tickets such as excavator, roller, dump truck, grader, dozer -Minimum 3 years' experience as a leading hand -Cert III Civil Construction
