Tasks

-Request and review submitted work plans from subcontractors to confirm they are detailed and accurate. Provide comments when needed before contractors perform work. -Present the new hire orientation to those workers arriving to the project and answer questions -Perform and document daily safety audits to verify that the work is being done in accordance with the submitted and approved safety plans -Promptly follow-up with open issues from safety audits to confirm issues have been adequately addressed and resolved in a timely manner -Provide assistant and guidance when needed to help those in the field do what is necessary to perform the work safely
