Tasks
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. You’ll learn to manage the full 360° recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business. -Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. -Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. -Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit. -Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability. -Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
