The Role

Tasks

-Oversee the production, compilation, and completion of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings. -Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure all works align with client requirements. -Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and support throughout each project. -Attend project meetings and liaise daily with Project Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery. -This is a dual role, requiring you to continue asbestos consultancy/surveying duties alongside project management. -Create and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS). -Manage resources, schedules, and team performance to meet client KPIs and Riverside’s commercial targets. -Provide technical input to the Sales team for quotations and new business, including site visits where required. -You may be asked to line manage Riverside Surveyors and Analysts. -Invoice completed works accurately and promptly. -Take ownership of problem solving and issue resolution, escalating matters to the Head of Asbestos where necessary. -Maintain a professional and positive attitude both in the office and on site.

What You Bring

-Experience with asbestos surveying is essential. -Availability to answer project-related calls outside of normal working hours is occasionally expected. -Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency. -Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and thrive as part of a team. -Flexible, patient, and proactive with an excellent work ethic. -Strong literacy and written communication skills. -Excellent time management and organisational abilities. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
