Tasks

-Complete small take offs and collate tender pricing -Ensure the efficient and accurate production of building estimates -Communicate with internal and external stakeholders -Perform estimating associated administrative duties -Complete quantity take-offs for building materials & labour -Analyse, negotiate and revise inclusions with trade and contractor pricing -Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction -Compile and issue purchase orders

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Databuild and PlanSwift -Ability to prioritise work, manage timeframes and hit deadlines -Strong communication skills -Experience working on Medium-Density projects (Townhouses) Demonstrated experience as an estimator within residential construction (volume experience suitable) -Sound knowledge of the construction process and industry standards
