As a CADD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our CADD operations and standards that advance how people safely and conveniently move. You will develop and manage company standards and workflows that produce high quality transportation infrastructure projects for our communities. Your focus will be on guiding the firm's designers to apply industry best practices to produce a wide variety of CADD-based deliverables, from concept to detailed final design plans for construction.
You will support our multi-disciplined team of engineers, landscape architects, urban designers, and CADD technicians to prepare quality, graphically consistent, and technically accurate deliverables. Working with our CADD users, you'll be responsible for CADD efficiency, trainings, standards, communications, troubleshooting, and overseeing the CADD practice. Toole Design currently operates multiple CADD design software platforms, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, and Bluebeam.

Work Schedule for a CADD Manager
This full-time position typically works a flexible schedule of 40 hours a week. We also provide employees with the flexibility and necessary equipment to work from home 2 days per week. Toole Design's Minneapolis office is conveniently located downtown at 212 3rd Avenue N, near to the Mississippi River and Cedar Lake bike trail systems and walking distance from Metro Blue, Green, Orange, and C line Stations. The office is easily accessed on foot, by bicycle, and via transit.
We are targeting a salary of $100,000 to $130,000 for this position. Additional compensation may be available for exceptionally qualified candidates who exceed job requirements.
