Drive new business sales of FM software to commercial real estate clients in Dubai

Tasks

-Determining clients current and future requirements to meet changing business needs and develop a long lasting solution. -Professionally represent MRI in a New Business capacity and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, customer retention and account development. -Identifying green space opportunities for selling MRI solutions -Ensure MS Dynamics is up to date to reflect all sales activity -Working closely with other stakeholders within the business such as Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Development, and the Implementation teams -Maintaining regular contact with your customers with Account management visits and by telephone. -Build monthly pipeline to achieve sales targets set. -Liaise with Sales Engineering to produce quotations and proposals -Achieve your personal Quarterly and Annual Sales target. -Maintaining timely and accurate sales forecasts within MS Dynamics -Respond to Tenders, RFI’s, RFP’s & ITT’s -Negotiation with prospects including at C Suite Level -GCC travel with occasional overnight stays, representing MRI at industry trade shows and conferences -Maintain timely and accurate sales forecasts within MS Dynamics -Recommending appropriate solutions and negotiating acceptable terms with the client -Manage your pipeline of opportunities from enquiry through to closure through MS Dynamics

What You Bring

-The ability to communicate effectively and to identify sales opportunities -Software Solutions sales experience (minimum five years) -Very organised with good time management skills -Ability to multi-task, managing complex sales projects, sometimes with long lead times -Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office -Track record of sales achievement, operating in a target driven new business environment -Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed targets and deadlines -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -High level of initiative with ability to work unsupervised -Self-sufficient needing little supervision -Experience of using MS Dynamics and Salesforce -Knowledge of the Facilities Management Market is an advantage although not essential
