
Service Project Manager- Commercial HVAC

The Role
Overview
Manage HVAC service projects end‑to‑end, handling schedules, teams, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Tracking project expenses -Creating and updating workflows -Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps) -Retrieving necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies) -Coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up -Building and maintaining strong client relationships by addressing service concerns, recommending improvements, and delivering high-quality communication and support -Measuring and reporting on project performance -Acting as the point of contact for all participants -Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams -Breaking projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals -Monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues -Conducting risk analysis -Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements

Collaborates well with peers, dispatch, and management to support team goals -Time & Task Management – Prioritizes responsibilities effectively, manages schedules, and maximizes productivity across varying service calls and work environments -Work experience as a Project Manager, Service Coordinator or similar role preferred -Solid organization and time-management skills
