Tasks

-Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all operations comply with company, state, and client safety standards -Lead by example in lifting, carrying, and placing traffic cones and assembling traffic control signs as needed -Coordinate the distribution and placement of traffic control signs and markers according to designated plans -Ensure trucks and equipment are well-organized and maintained for operational readiness -Direct traffic movement through work sites using signals and signage effectively -Train and mentor flaggers on proper techniques for directing traffic through work zones -Supervise the setup, maintenance, and teardown of work zones, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
