Tasks
The role is to support and lead engineering projects from within the project management office team. -🤝 Maintain productive relationships with the supply chain throughout the contract. -📋 Ensure adherence to all agreed Client processes and operating procedures. -📜 Assist in contract management and administration. -🛡️ Support project assurance and gateway reviews to ensure compliance and successful delivery. -🔍 Monitor the performance of the organisation, technical support, and supply chain against contractual obligations. -🔄 Review proposed changes, assess their impact, and request further details if needed. -💰 Help manage financial performance to control project budgets. -🕒 Review and update duration and cost estimates, identifying critical dates. -🎯 Support the PM and project team to achieve project objectives. -📊 Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and update final cost estimates.

What You Bring
Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain residency criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level. -Experience in infrastructure works specifically within built environment. -NEC PM accreditation -Membership of Relevant professional body -NEC awareness -Minimum 4 years post graduate experience -Experience in working in a regulated environment
