Tasks

-Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, clients, and stakeholders. -Lead and oversee the design and technical processes, from proposals to construction. -Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring seamless project execution. -Deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations. -Drive innovation, keeping up to date with the latest design technologies and processes. -Lead co-ordination meetings with sub-contractors during design development. -Ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company policies.

This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious new team in our Leeds office near Wakefield designing and delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings across multiple tenures. The role may suit an experienced Design Manager or someone from an engineering or architectural background who is currently running their own projects. An exciting opportunity to join this sector of Reds10 in its infancy and influence and shape its delivery and growth. -Strong technical knowledge and relevant sector experience. -Ability to integrate design seamlessly with overall project objectives. -Experience of pre-construction design activities. -Interest in, or knowledge of MMC. -Experience managing sub-consultant scopes and appointments. -A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. -Project management and organisational skills. -Strong commercial acumen -Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships and build trust with all levels of the team internally and external.
