Tasks
-Complete Unit Turns -Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property -Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair -Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner. -Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor. -Respond to resident requests for maintenance

What You Bring
-CPO preferred but not required -1+ years of hands on general maintenance experience -Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call) -Required to work on-call duty and weekends -Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred -Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner. -HVAC experience preferred but not required
