Tasks

-prepares and processes semi-monthly payroll. -Supports the efficient operation of general office activities. -Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. -Prepares and submits annual federal and state compliance reports. -Communicates wellness initiatives. -Assigns documents and policy acknowledgements through the HRIS (Paycom). -Addresses employee 401(k) questions regarding enrollment, plan changes, and contribution rates. -Assists in the administration of employee benefits. -Submits Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) through the HRIS (Paycom). -Completes employment verification requests. -Manages and processes paperwork for state-mandated paid family and medical leave, as well as disability claims. -Acts as a primary resource for both internal and external inquiries related to company policies and procedures. -Supervises the Cristo Rey High School internship program participant. -Coordinates and oversees the annual insurance open enrollment process.
