Software Engineer II

Overview

Design, develop, and maintain RPA and Power Automate solutions to streamline business processes.

Tasks

-Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards and practices -Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed bots or automated flows -Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed automations -Provide after-hours support during critical release cycles (e.g., hyper care after initial production deployment) -Work closely with other developers and business analysts to ensure feasibility and alignment of automation solutions -Ensure knowledge transfer and support for automation solutions -Design solutions leveraging best practices, including Robotic Enterprise Framework and queues, Software Development best practices -Stay current with industry trends and best practices in automation -Define and communicate business value for automation initiatives -Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and clarify requirements

What You Bring

-Experience with programming languages such as Python, .NET, or JavaScript is a plus -Ability to define, document, and optimize business processes for automation -2+ years of relevant software development experience -Adaptability and customer focus -Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is preferred -Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience (e.g., Associate’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience) -Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team -Ability to scope, design, develop, deploy, test, and monitor RPA and Power Automate solutions -Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills -Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate
