Tasks

-Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications -Perform manual digging and backfilling -Lead by example and mentor apprentices on-site -Manage project files, documents, and records in digital systems -Order and manage tools, equipment, and materials as needed -Execute electrical construction on commercial and industrial projects -Sit, stand, kneel, stoop, and walk for extended periods -Work outdoors in all weather conditions

-Ability to pass a drug screen and background check -Lift and carry up to 80 lbs -Journeyman’s License (required); will accept licenses from states with reciprocity -Travel and work on out-of-town projects when needed -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills -EEO is the Law poster English– Spanish -Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnights -EEO is the Law Supplement poster English– Spanish -Apply knowledge of current electrical codes and industry best practices -5+ years of experience in industrial electrical work
