What You Bring

-Proficient in the operation of various manual and CNC machining equipment as required by Supervision. Pieces of equipment include but not limited to radial arm drill presses, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, disc grinders, specialty and generic bore mills and various hand tools -Experience with measuring tools -Ability to read blueprints and/or diagrams a plus -High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience -Basic machine shop practices -Basic interpretation of drawings and dimensional tolerances -Proficient in the use of all measuring equipment associated with maintaining accuracy required to machine previously mentioned boiler parts to specification -Ability to set up and make simple adjustments to various pieces of equipment -Understands various documentation as required to maintain accurate inventories, work in process and machined inventories
