Tasks

In this role you will be integrated into SA Water supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs. Influencing and collaborating amongst an extensive stakeholder group of construction partners, vendors, regulators and internal teams will be critical as you seek to optimise resource planning. -Forecasting, Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement Initiatives

What You Bring

You will need to have strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate and resolve conflict. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR and extensive experience in a similar role. It is important that you are able to build credibility quickly across the business and act as a trusted advisor to relevant leaders, supporting them on a diverse range of complex challenges.
