Tasks

-Provide leadership support to the Resident Success Center team, to ensure goals around operational and programmatic excellence are met. -Oversee new service coordinator onboarding, including start up programs and new acquisitions. -Maintain up to date knowledge on AASC online and/or Family Metrics as well as best practices related to resident services. -Offer ongoing support and field inquiries from service coordinators and other site level team members related to program development or implementation. -Coordinate with the director of resident success to measure and expand initiatives under the resident success umbrella. -Attend annual trainings related to service coordination and resident services. -Ensure compliance with both HUD and Glick Housing Foundation requirements. -Work closely with the director of resident success to assess resident needs and offer support to team members across different regions and property types. -Maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders. -Maintain all deadlines and communication associated with HUD and the Glick Housing Foundation. -Assess, synthesize, and share best practices related to Resident Success strategies on an ongoing basis. -Facilitate monthly peer convenings and ongoing trainings – both virtually and in person across regions. -Work with service coordinators and the resident success team to create best practices around program delivery, resident coaching, effective program management and development. -Coordinate with the director of resident success to develop and manage annual service coordinator budgets. -Develop and implement programming strategies to serve residents at all Glick properties. -Contribute annually to the assessment and goal development of strategies relating to Glick Housing Foundation owned, family properties. -Identify and manage service coordinator mentors. -Develop a system to regularly communicate resident success related impact internally, at the property level and to external stakeholders. -Continuously improve processes with the goal of gaining insight into program fidelity, best practices, and program performance. -Promote growth, professional development, and creativity among onsite team members. -Work with property management to provide coaching to service coordinators and other team members on resident success strategies. -Contribute annually to the assessment and goal development of strategies relating to resident success. -Conduct regional site visits and monitoring annually. -Collaborate to develop and implement an evaluation system that measures to what extent Glick is supporting resident success. -Maintain up to date knowledge on community best practices related to service coordination, and family self-sufficiency.

What You Bring

-Fluent in Spanish is a plus. -Strong ability to communicate and facilitate effectively. -Ability to organize, facilitate, and manage projects and meetings in an efficient and effective manner. -Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. -Three or more years of applicable program development/management experience. -Proficiency with basic office equipment and extensive knowledge of MS Office products is required. Experience working on the Internet and with integrated database software is also required. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clearly with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. -Must be able to read and comprehend the English language. -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet designated deadlines. -Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary. -Ability to travel between multiple office locations and attend off premise events, such as community events and meetings. Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License in the state of residence. -Possesses a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and workload prioritizing skills. -Experience in grant writing and grant management.
