Tasks

-Display and maintain safety signages, emergency procedures, and fire prevention systems. -Ensure compliance with all local and national safety regulations (Factories Act, Building & Construction Codes, etc.). -Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and training sessions for site staff and labour. -Ensure use of proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers and visitors on site. -Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs at the construction site. -Maintain safety records, checklists, and compliance reports as per statutory norms. -Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. -Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management to maintain safe working conditions. -Report and document accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases; assist in investigations and corrective actions.

What You Bring
