Tasks

The successful individual will support the Engineering Manager in the delivery of multiple developments, ensuring all engineering information is prepared accurately, efficiently, and in line with key project milestones. -Securing technical approvals for S38 and S104 agreements -Applying for and securing statutory body approvals for engineering and remediation -Coordinating engineering information between external consultants and internal departments -Providing ongoing engineering and technical support to site teams -Checking engineering drawings and details for accuracy and commercial suitability -Supporting the resolution of on-site technical issues as they arise -Attending design meetings with highways and drainage authorities -Liaising with consultants to ensure deadlines are achieved

This is a hybrid role with regular office-based work and travel to development sites across the East Midlands. Flexibility around duties and hours is expected, in line with project and business requirements. -Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems -Full UK driving licence -Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline -CSCS card (or equivalent) -Able to explain technical information clearly and concisely -Experience with AutoCAD and relevant technical processes -Previous experience in a volume house building or consultancy environment -Confident problem solver with excellent attention to detail -Experience carrying out duties aligned with an engineering role in residential development -Strong communication and organisational skills
