Overview

Make outbound B2B cold calls to sell waste management services and meet sales targets.

-Generating and qualifying new business leads. -Making outbound cold calls to businesses selling our waste management services. -Building strong relationships and closing sales over the phone. -Using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.

What You Bring

-Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls daily -1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience preferably in B2B or B2C. A background in the Waste industry isn’t essential, as we’ll give you all the training you need. -Driven, experienced and IT-literate, you’ll have a proven track record in Sales. -Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail -A true team player, you’ll thrive on working with your fellow Tele Sales Executives and bring a creative, collaborative approach to everything you do. -Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
