Plan and manage office space utilization and moves across JLL's Indian client portfolio.

Tasks

-Responsible to track all the space requests across India and respond to the queries within the acceptable timeline. -Ensure the client’s high-level real estate portfolio strategies and programs are reflected in proposed occupancy plans and options by understanding the client’s PAN India portfolio composition, business requirements and organizational occupants. -Establish Business Group’s requirements leading to approvals for all near‐term space planning projects and moves of significant magnitude. -Use data, analytical insights, and strong problem-solving skills to develop and present multiple space scenarios to stakeholders and gain alignment. -Supports the Agile Workplace program through analysis of badge data and utilization studies to inform planning and migration plan recommendations. -Develops stacking diagrams of current and future state based on headcount forecast. -Ensuring CAD plans across India are up to date (Create, edit & modify) as needed by the client. -Partner closely with Portfolio Strategy and real estate partners to anticipate and understand the requests coming from different client groups, assess the space options available and develop options/migration plans that account for competing priorities and requests. This requires strong relationship management skills along with dealing with very sensitive information. -Assist Client space planning lead to manage relationships with divisional leadership across the firm regarding space needs. -Recommends and applies space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols.

What You Bring

-A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles and trends such as the mobile or collaborative workplace is preferred -Attentive to detail and accuracy - particularly numbers and spatial creativity. -Highly organized and demonstrates a high level of performance. -A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is preferred. -Expert level data analytical skills and ability to articulate stories through data. -With 4 to 6 years of prior experience in the related field of “Occupancy Planning”.
