-Overseeing field crews and office staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency -Preparing and reviewing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys -Developing scopes, budgets, and schedules for survey projects -Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and project specifications -Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies -Active involvement in major design-build and bridge rehabilitation projects -Mentoring junior staff and supporting professional development -Managing land surveying projects from proposal through completion

Our client, a nationally recognized civil engineering firm, is seeking a Land Survey Project Manager to lead survey operations for transportation and land development projects in their Raleigh office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced survey professional who enjoys managing teams, coordinating field and office work, and delivering high-quality results for public and private sector clients. -Multi-office presence across the East and West Coast -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively -Licensed to practice in multiple states, offering exposure to diverse projects -Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in North Carolina (or ability to obtain) -Full-service capabilities with strong transportation and survey expertise -Recognized for excellence in engineering by industry associations -Strong knowledge of survey principles, practices, and applicable regulations -Proficiency with survey software and equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, etc.) -7+ years of experience in land surveying, including project management -Excellent organizational and communication skills
