You will play a key role in driving market growth, leading a high-performing team, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful outcomes.

• Set and maintain engineering performance standards and develop best-practice methodologies.
• Drive innovation in real estate development strategies including market planning, site acquisitions, and JV partnerships.
• Oversee contractor selection, safety compliance, and cost control across all engineering activities.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities, update stakeholders on market trends, and develop financial feasibility models.
• Support business development efforts with technical expertise and feasibility insights.
• Define and execute strategic development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams in line with project management culture.
• Lead engineering design and project execution from contract award to handover.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering Management is advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong network and experience in real estate and development opportunities.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing engineering teams.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in engineering or construction, with proven leadership of large-scale projects.
• Expertise in project management, compliance, safety, and financial controls.
