Tasks

-Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals. -Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents. -Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives. -Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners. -Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.

What You Bring

A Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer is required to join an industry leader in Florida. The ideal candidate will reside in Orlando or Tampa. The successful Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer will come from a technical sales/service sales background and have previous experience in selling a range of BAS and HVAC controls to engineers, contractors, and owners. -Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, and/or building automation -Happy to cover the territory of Florida from Orlando or Tampa -Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales -Reliable and dedicated work ethic -Strong organisational and time management capabilities -Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills -Preferably resides in Orlando or Tampa -Familiarity with HVAC DDC control concepts, applications, and mechanical systems -Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently without supervision -Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience -Competitive mindset with a strong drive to succeed
