Overview

Manage aging low priority parts, expedites, and procurements via ERP and Servigistics.

Tasks

-Removing block holds of parts within your queue based on a variety of issues that may occur and working to resolve them through collaboration and communication with various teams not limited to Quality/Finance. -Handle deferrals and expedites within Servigistics tool to either escalate for information, or release. -Handling and maintaining a working queue of external expedites within the customer portals. -Handling Aging low priority parts within customer portal according to lead time requirements. -Managing and working in shared Excel documents, handling Outlook, shared team files -Handling daily procurements within customer portal. -Communicating with Planners to coordinate and resolve aging issues with parts that are struggling to meet needed delivery deadlines and requirements.

What You Bring

-ERP system experience preferred -Experience in handling cross team communication and correspondence in a productive and streamlined manner. -A knowledge in utilizing ERP systems knowing SAP as a ERP system and being familiar with it is a bonus. -Experience working in collaborative team based Excel shared documents. -Experience with Servigistics. -Delivery Assurance experience a plus
