Tasks

-Integrate gate automation with access control, CCTV, and intercom systems. -Document work performed and provide customer training on system operation. -Program and configure control boards, relays, keypads, and networked devices. -Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance in compliance with UL-325 standards. -Install and service automated gate operators, motors, sensors, and access control components. -Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and site plans.

What You Bring

-Mechanical aptitude for gate and operator installation and alignment. -Basic networking knowledge (IP controllers, cloud-based access systems). -Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and basic PLC/relay logic. -Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, site plans, and technical schematics. -Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic meters. -Experience with gate operator systems (DoorKing, LiftMaster, HySecurity, FAAC, etc.). -Electrical or electronics technician certification. -Effective troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
