Overview

Assist in schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery for LNG project

Tasks

-Assists in preparing cost/schedule data for reviews and meetings -Performs schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine criticality of schedule activities -Assists with reporting progress relative to established milestones for total project or major portions of the project -Assists with maintenance of critical path schedule reports and schedule performance metrics -Assists with developing and maintaining scope-specific schedules for easy integration into the total project plan following established project procedures/practices -Assists with developing discipline level work logics in support of overall project schedule -Gathers and verifies data on schedule, work force, and quantities to update and status discipline or specialty progress and performance reports -Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed -Assists with schedule recovery plans

What You Bring

-Construction and/or scheduling experience involving both subcontracted and direct-hire construction labor. -Experience and demonstrated skill in project schedule analysis -Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience -Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure effective project delivery -Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel -Ability to take initiative in project related tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders -Skilled in oral and written communication
