Overview

Drive new business, manage pipeline, and provide technical support for aerospace products.

Tasks

-Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, conventions, conferences, and seminars to increase brand exposure and publicize new products and services. -Track new business opportunities and manage the new business pipeline. -Drive opportunities through the sales funnel with the support of the Business Unit Manager and sales team. -Meet with customers to understand their requirements, assist in specification development, share technical information, and promote the value of the company and its products. -Develop an understanding of each account, including contacts, current product needs, future requirements, and procurement and selection processes. -Contribute to sales forecasting, annual and long-term business planning, and product line strategy development. -Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting as requested by the Business Unit Manager and Vice President of Sales. -Provide written trip reports and meeting minutes as necessary. -Plan and organize your travel schedule using a Time and Territory Management tool.

What You Bring

-Experience with Sales and Customer Facing roles. -3-6 years of experience within manufacturing. -Sales or Applications experience. -Project management skills. -Knowledge of Brushless Motors and Actuators. -Aerospace or space background. -Proficiency in New Product Development, Design, and Testing. -Experience in highly regulated environments. -Degree in Engineering or Business.
