Tasks

-Define system requirements based on customer specifications and project objectives. -Plan and execute drive system upgrades -Ensure the earliest mobilization of adequate engineering skills and resources in line with engineering activities requirements (workload and complexity) and associated budgets. -Ensure proper distribution of engineering documents, internally and externally. -Participate in CMR (Change Management Review), Project reviews. -Conduct system-level simulations and analyses to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Also, perform system-level testing and validation to verify functionality and performance. -Provide oversight and training to other engineers in the application of Variable Speed Drive systems -Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate subsystems and components into the overall system design. -Issue/prepare change orders from an engineering point of view with the Project Manager for further release to the Customer.

What You Bring

-Strong oral and written communication skills. -Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. -Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in Engineering -Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering. -Ability to document, plan, and execute programs.
