Tasks

-Liaising with brokers and owners and evaluating land and properties and proposing feasible options for development. -Scouting and finalizing the land options basis the requirement of the upcoming bids. -Smooth transitioning of the secured land parcel to the projects team for starting the construction of the Substation. -Be able to close the deal and execute the sale / lease deed with the seller and getting mutation done.
