Tasks

You'll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to embed best practices, optimise supplier lifecycle and contract management, and track performance against strategic goals. Leading a team of Supplier Management professionals, you'll also contribute to specialist projects and shape the future direction of supplier management within Mitie. Mitie are seeking a Supplier Management Team Leader to join our Procurement Centre of Excellence. You'll be the key driver of the supplier management strategy, driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and engagement models to ensure alignment with business and customer objectives. -Be a driver in the use of AI tools within the Procurement function -Manage supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives -Providing training, tools, and guidance to internal teams to support consistent supplier engagement. -Line manage a small team -Overseeing the Supplier Management Programme and Framework, ensuring robust governance and performance tracking. -Undertake SMP audits

-Experience with SAP, Coupa, and reporting tools is highly desirable -A Facilities Management background would ideal but not essential
