Tasks

-Direct and supervise crews -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Conduit installations within hazardous locations -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.

What You Bring

-Must be able to work with a team and provide input -Willing to travel and relocate on an as needed basis; nationwide -Cable pulling in conduit and tray -Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including but not limited to: -Experience managing 20-50 craft employees at one time -Must be able to access all points of a construction site -A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent -Prepared to attend meetings with customers and owners/general contractors -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment -Regular, reliable attendance -Working knowledge of computers and experience with the use of Microsoft Excel and Word -Must have a positive attitude and possess excellent motivational skills -Adapt to new surroundings and new people -Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
