Tasks

-Assist in the development of templates and standard content specific to controls. -Assist in creating and formatting documents related to controls, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. -Organize and manage files associated with proposals for easy retrieval and reference. -Conduct thorough market research relevant to controls. -Communicate effectively with team members for seamless collaboration during proposal development. -Maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of controls -Stay abreast of industry trends in controls to enhance competitiveness. -Collaborate with various departments to collect information for controls. -Work closely with subject matter experts in controls to comprehend technical details. -Analyze specific requirements related to controls.

What You Bring

-All applications must include a current transcript -Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships -You are currently enrolled in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related program. -You will complete at least one more semester of education following your internship and possess a GPA of 3.0 or higher -Ability to lead and operate within an environment where change happens frequently -Understand and utilize tools and systems of project controls -If you are selected for a role with client specific requirements, you may be required to successfully complete a pre-employment Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug testing. -Sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals -Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills -Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude -Residency, or a valid work permit which would allow you to work for Bird Construction or one of our wholly owned subsidiaries
