Assist agents with property showings, client feedback, offers and lead generation.

Tasks

-Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call -Participate in team activities per team standards -Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria -Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week -Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes -Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology -Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients -Participate in weekly script practice per team standards

What You Bring

-1-3 Years sales experience preferred -Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes -Real Estate License Required -Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car -Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
